Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are applicable only for manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items received.
  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Accessories (if any), unless received damaged

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share your order ID, product details, and clear images/videos showing the issue.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • Products sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
